Teachers In Training

 One day Teacher's animation programme was held at St. Xavier's Higher Secondary School Pathaliaghat conference hall on 01.05.2024. It was animated by Bro. Albert Longely Dkhar SDB, the Pirncipal of St. Anthony's College, Shillong. It was an inter-school Teacher's animation proramme. Teachers from St. Xavier's School Pathaliaghat, Don Bosco School Herma, Don Bosco School Udaipur took part in it. The programme began with a warm welcome accorded to Bro. Albert by presenting him with a bouquet of flowers and a traditional tripuri Risa. Thereafter, Fr. Babu Stephen welcomed all the participants and thanked them for being available for this important animation programme. A prayer by Fr. Blasius set the tone for the programme.  It was a whole day animation in which Bro. Albert dealt with many topics related to classroom management and how to make classroom learning and teaching more interesting and creative for staff and students. He also spoke about how to handle situations that arise in the school from time to time. It was an interactive session wherein all the staff asked lots of doubts and clarifications. The presence of principals form Herma and Pathaliaghat and the vice-principal from Udaipur made the sessions more meaningful. Thanks to Bro. Albert for his creatiVe and interesting session from which all our teachers gained a lot.
