MEETING OF CL. X PARENTS - 2026

The Parent-Teacher Meeting for Class X was held on 2nd May 2026 in the school conference hall. The meeting commenced at 10:30 am with the arrival of parents, who first interacted with the respective class teachers. During this time, parents registered their mobile numbers and marked their attendance. The formal session began with a prayer led by Ms. Riya Debbarma, invoking God’s blessings for the students, parents, and teachers. Ms. Priyanka Debbarma then welcomed the gathering and briefly introduced the purpose of the meeting, highlighting the importance of collaboration between parents and the school. Fr. Babu Stephen extended a warm welcome to all the parents and expressed his gratitude for their presence and support. Drawing from his experiences over the past two years, he shared valuable insights and reflections. He addressed several important aspects related to the academic and personal development of students, particularly those of Classes X and XII. In his address, he emphasized the need for parents to remain in constant communication with class teachers and the school management to closely monitor their children’s progress. He also explained the style and pattern of CBSE examinations and the criteria that students must follow to achieve good results. Special attention was given to issues such as discipline, punctuality, regular attendance, avoidance of bunking classes, bringing necessary books, and showing respect towards teachers. Following his address, parents were invited to share their views and suggestions. A number of parents appreciated the teaching methodology adopted by the school and contributed constructive ideas to enhance the quality of education. Some offered practical suggestions aimed at improving student performance, especially in the upcoming board examinations. From the teachers’ side, Mr. Dinesh, Mr. Shanti, Mr. Chiranjit, and Mr. Sukhen addressed the gathering. They provided clarity regarding the academic performance, behavior, and overall development of the students, helping parents gain a better understanding of their children’s progress in school. The meeting concluded on a positive note with the Principal thanking all the parents and teachers for their active participation and cooperation. He encouraged parents to continue supporting the school by offering at least ten meaningful suggestions to further improve its quality and standards. The meeting came to an end at 12:30 pm with a sense of mutual understanding and commitment towards the holistic development of the students.
