VISIT TO DTLHI
The students of St. Xavier's Higher Secondary School , Pathaliaghat Band Team made their maiden visit to National Capital Delhi as part of the National School Band Competition from 15 -24, January 2024. The school team led by principal , Fr. Babu Stephen along with 3 teachers and 25 band players, left Agartala for Delhi on 15th January by Tejas Express Train and reached Delhi on 17th January. On arrival we were accommodated at Tripura Bhawan Guest House in Delhi for 17th and 18th. On 19 we moved to NCERT Campus where our food and lodging were arranged by the ministry of school education and ministry of Defence as part of the Band Competition. On 20th January we were taken for a Delhi Darshan tour and came back in the evening. On 21st we were taken to the Competition venue (Dhyanchand Stadium) to witness the band Competition of the first batch of 8 teams.
